Our Story
Folio Horticulture's story began in 2022 under the name Oliva Horticulture, when a group of partners acquired Pépinières Trussart in Lanoraie, Québec. A few months later, the company expanded by welcoming Pépinière Villeneuve in L'Assomption into the family. In 2024, Serres Frank Zyromski in Rivière-Rouge also became part of the group.
As the organization grew, the partners and their multidisciplinary team developed a shared vision: to bring together expertise, support horticultural businesses, and create the conditions that foster sustainable growth. Today, Folio provides its partner companies with the resources, knowledge, and strategic support they need to grow and thrive for the long term.

Our Team
Martin Breault
PARTNER
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and the CPA designation, Martin Breault has extensive experience in assurance services and business advisory for small and medium-sized enterprises. Recognized for his strategic mindset and business development expertise, he is actively involved in a variety of projects and initiatives that support business growth and contribute to the economic vitality of his region.
Julien Trussart
PARTNER
Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from HEC Montréal and the CPA designation, Julien Trussart is recognized for his expertise in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, taxation, and accounting. Known for his analytical rigor and ability to assess opportunities from multiple perspectives, he helps businesses make informed growth decisions. Recipient of the CPA Emerging Leader Award from the Ordre des CPA du Québec, Julien is also actively involved in various organizations and community initiatives.
Sébastien Dupont
PARTNER
With more than 25 years of experience in business management, Sébastien Dupont has developed extensive expertise in organizational development, business acquisitions, and strategic growth. Having held executive leadership positions throughout his career, he leverages his strategic vision and entrepreneurial experience to help businesses evolve and achieve sustainable success. He holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in International Political Science and Economics from York University.
Cynthia Kabis
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)
Holding an MBA from HEC Montréal, Cynthia Kabis has extensive experience in economic development, project management, and business advisory. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with numerous business leaders and organizations, supporting initiatives that foster growth and organizational excellence. Deeply committed to her community, she actively contributes to projects and organizations dedicated to economic and social development.
Guillaume Guitard
DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
A trained agronomist, Guillaume Guitard brings more than 27 years of experience in the horticultural industry, including over a decade as a management consultant in Québec. He also holds a graduate diploma in Business Intelligence from the Université de Sherbrooke. Having served in leadership roles within garden centres and nurseries, Guillaume now applies his expertise to drive innovation and digital transformation across the horticultural sector.
Anne-Claire Kelc
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial control, and financial analysis, Anne-Claire has built a strong career within a variety of organizations. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, and Auditing. Rigorous and highly organized, she puts her expertise to work to support sound financial management and the growth of the group’s companies.
Charlotte Mainville
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Holding a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, Charlotte Mainville has extensive experience in marketing, communications, and brand development. Recognized for her creativity and ability to develop engaging strategies, she supports the group's companies by strengthening their brand presence, communications, and corporate identity to foster continued growth and success.
Nicolas Zyromski
PDG ZYROMSKI HORTICULTURE
Président-directeur général de Zyromski Horticulture, Nicolas cumule plus de 18 ans d’expérience au sein de l’entreprise familiale, où il a développé une connaissance approfondie des différentes facettes du secteur horticole. Diplômé en sciences végétales et environnementales de l’Université McGill et titulaire d’un MBA de l’Université Laval, il allie expertise horticole, expérience terrain et vision d’affaires pour soutenir le développement et la croissance de Zyromski Horticulture.
